Attention Moms-to-be! Get ready to strengthen your deep abdominal muscles from the inside out, using movements designed specifically for your pregnant body. This class is both energetic and nurturing. We welcome pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy. No previous Pilates experience is required. A special focus will be placed on strengthening the pelvic floor, and deep breathing techniques will help to lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles in preparation for delivery.
