Yin yoga involves long held stretches that target the deeper, tight connective tissues in our joints. Each class will end with a short Yoga Nidra - a systematic form of guided meditation that helps us relax, set intentions, and sleep better. In addition to the physical benefits we will explore the energetic and mindfulness benefits of this style of yoga designed for ALL levels of yogis.
