Creative Flow - A workshop For Teachers
I grew up convinced I didn’t have a creative bone in my body and so, when I found yoga, I had no idea the flow of a vinyasa class could unlock a sense of grace and fluidity in these clumsy limbs. Time and time again this practice offers an opportunity to use movement as a way to feel into the flow of my life and notice where resistance and stagnation is hiding. I try my very best to offer this in classes through thoughtful sequencing, building students up for success and inviting freedom to be felt within the structure of the flow.
This workshop will offer a foundation of flows that can be expanded on for specific peak poses, strategies for sparking your creativity and themes to encourage play within the practice.

A playful flow, meditation and mantra practice.
What are you devoted to in this life? What do you spend your time, energy and thoughts on that allow you to feel most connected to a purpose?
This class and meditation will explore play through creative flow and sequencing that then gives us space for noticing where we feel stuck or resistant. When we find those places where the flow is blocked, we can do the work needed to find freedom and make the changes needed to realign with our purpose.
Open to all levels.

A Vinyasa Practice ~ 6 Week Pre-Registered Series

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga practice in which we consciously connect the breath, mind, and body in relation to one another.
This spring series is designed to deepen your experience and understanding of the foundations of the practice. Each practice will integrate pranayama, meditation, and asana (Vinyasa style).
Some Yoga experience is beneficial for this series.

Attention Moms-to-be! Get ready to strengthen your deep abdominal muscles from the inside out, using movements designed specifically for your pregnant body. This class is both energetic and nurturing. We welcome pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy. No previous Pilates experience is required. A special focus will be placed on strengthening the pelvic floor, and deep breathing techniques will help to lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles in preparation for delivery. Connect to your body, your baby and meet other pregnant women in the Revelstoke community.
